Sharon Brearley Roberts is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) with more than three decades of executive finance and governance experience. Sharon has held multiple CFO roles, including Chief Financial Officer of JET Charge, and Chief Financial Officer of Transport Health

In addition to her executive finance leadership experience, Sharon specialises in finance transformation, business systems, data governance, and organisational change, helping organisations improve decision-making through better financial and operational information.

As Treasurer of NALSPA, Sharon is committed to ensuring the Association maintains strong financial governance while supporting the Board in advancing the Association’s mission to preserve and enhance the regulatory framework supporting salary packaging.
